At Outdoorplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
